In this Hilton Head Island, South Carolina project, the architect wanted to adopt a simple and structurally efficient solution. The BBS panels were chosen instead of post-tensioned concrete slabs for all the elevated floors and flat roof.

The BBS panels are used for 3 floor and 2 roof levels. This video shows the installation of level 2.
